Crystal Palace, continued to press hard for a goal but none was forthcoming till the 74th minute when the club’s defender managed to get the ball dancing past United’s goalkeeper, De Gea, into the net.
The goal by Crystal Palace seemed to have brought hope for the team as both fans and the players began to see the hope of equalising but were kept from doing so by the strong opposition defence.
The Match was brought to a conclusion after a goalless 3 minutes of extra play with United bagging another win.
